Tomasz Stępnik

A developer who teaches. Not a trainer who talks about AI, but someone who works with AI every day and was there when it was rolled out across several departments of a company. Training for teams brings that experience to smaller companies.

In short

I have been building on Salesforce since 2020. Today I am the sole owner of the Salesforce org at a Swedish software company: development, permissions, integrations, production releases. Before that, two years in a Vaillant Group team (loyalty programme, large Apex API, installer portal) and three years at Britenet for clients in education, insurance and finance. Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I, Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant.

I work with AI every day: Claude Code as a developer, Claude and OpenAI in production automations, Agentforce and Prompt Builder in Salesforce. I built my own MCP server with around 75 tools, exposed to the Claude assistant over OAuth 2.1, and a system where AI wrote nearly all of the code while I owned the specification, review and tests. At the company where I own Salesforce, I took part in rolling out AI in finance, accounting, administration and IT.

Why I teach

At the company where I own Salesforce, I took part in rolling out AI in finance, accounting, administration and IT. What taught me most was not the tools but the people: the accountant asking whether she could paste an invoice, the administrator worried about data in the CRM, the manager who bought licences that nobody was using a month later. The answers to those questions are simple, but someone has to show them on a concrete task rather than on a slide.

Training for companies is a new service for me. I do not have a list of teams I have trained to show you, and I am not going to invent one. What I do have is daily work with AI, my own MCP server, automations running in production and the experience of a rollout at the company where I work. The first workshop descriptions will appear here when clients agree to them.

How I work

  • On what you have. I do not rebuild systems from scratch. I fix and extend what works.
  • In small steps. Every change checked, with a backup and a way back.
  • On a separate account. Named access, only to what is needed. Handed back at the end.
  • In plain language. Options with pros and cons instead of one right answer. No jargon unless you want it.
  • For time worked. Single jobs, blocks of hours or ongoing support. Quoted per case.
  • With notes. I write down what I did and why, so the next person does not start from zero.

I also do

  • AI implementation

What ended up on the list after the training: a recurring report, AI connected to the CRM or a database, email, documents.

  • Salesforce support

Changes, integrations, AI in Salesforce and a free permissions audit before AI.

  • CRM and integrations for businesses

A WordPress site, Outlook, Google and business systems connected to each other.

  • Android apps

Taking over an existing app, fixing bugs, Google Play.

Your staff already use AI. Let’s teach them to do it well and safely.
